Neurodiversity @ IBM


The United Nations sanctioned World Autism Day is recognized annually on April 2nd, and many companies then celebrate Autism Awareness Month. But here at IBM, April is Neurodiversity Celebration Month. This is a time to move beyond awareness and instead celebrate neurological differences, such as Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity, Dyslexia, Bipolar, and beyond.  These are identities to be celebrated and not diseases to be cured and are a vital part of our IBM Community.
