Telefónica Tech, the digital business unit of the Spanish telecommunications group Telefónica, and IBM, a pioneer in quantum-safe cryptography, today announced a collaboration agreement to develop and deliver security solutions that address security challenges posed by future cryptographically relevant quantum computers.
